I had an extremely frustrating experience dealing with this company, and I strongly advise against using their services. I wouldn't even give them a single star rating if I had the option.
First and foremost, their customer service is abysmal. I reached out to them multiple times via email, hoping to get some assistance with my concerns, but to my dismay, they never bothered to respond. It is incredibly disheartening when a company fails to acknowledge their customers and address their inquiries.
The lack of communication and responsiveness is inexcusable. As a customer, I expect prompt and courteous replies, especially when I am seeking assistance or clarification regarding their products or services. Unfortunately, this company failed to meet even the most basic expectations in this regard.
It is clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for them. They seem to have a complete disregard for the importance of effective communication and treating customers with respect. It is utterly disappointing to witness such disregard for the very people who support their business.
Based on my experience, I wholeheartedly discourage anyone from engaging with this company. Their disregard for customer inquiries and failure to provide adequate support demonstrate a lack of professionalism and commitment to their clients.
Save yourself the frustration and disappointment that comes with dealing with this company. Look for alternatives that value their customers and prioritize providing satisfactory customer service. Trust me, you'll be better off elsewhere.
